Monday, February 20, 2012 On 02/20/12 at 1231 Hrs., Stations 34 & 49 were dispatched to Rt 287 Northbound at MM 17.2 for the reported car fire.  Chief 49 signed up on the radio and reported smoke visible from the distance.  Upon arrival, units found a fully involved BMW on the shoulder of the highway.  Engine 34-101 arrived and make short work of the fire with their bumper line.  Units were available at the 30 minute mark.

Engine 498, Engine34-109 and Rescue 49 were held at the Centerbridge Emergency Entrance.
